01Who we are

This website is operated by INZET Solutions (Pvt) Ltd (“INZET”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Sri Lanka (registration number PV 00221749), with its head office at No. 68/14, Kaviraja Mawatha, Panadura, Sri Lanka. INZET is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

This policy explains what information the website handles, how we use enquiries you send us, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us through it.

02Information collected when you visit

When you visit, your browser sends the technical information any website needs in order to deliver its pages, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the date and time. Our website hosting provider processes this information to serve the website and to keep it secure and reliable, and may keep it in short-lived server logs.

We don’t use this information to identify you, and we don’t combine it with other information about you.

03Contact enquiries

The Contact page helps you write an enquiry. The details you type (your name, email address, phone number if you give it, organization, requirement type and message) stay in your browser: the form doesn’t send them to INZET or store them on our website.

When you choose Prepare Email, the website opens your own email application with the enquiry drafted for you to review. INZET receives it only if you send it. When you choose Copy Message, the enquiry is placed on your clipboard so you can paste it into an email yourself. The website never reads your clipboard.

You can also contact us directly by email or phone. Whichever way you contact us, the information you send is handled as described below.

04How we use your information

We use the information in your enquiry to:

• understand your requirement and respond to you;
• discuss, plan and deliver any work you ask us to carry out;
• keep a record of our correspondence with you; and
• meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We rely on your consent when you choose to contact us, on the steps needed to enter into and carry out an agreement with you, and on our legal obligations. We don’t use your information for marketing unless you ask us to keep you informed, and we don’t use it for automated decision-making.

05Who we share it with

Your enquiry is seen by the INZET staff who handle it. Because we often bring together specialists to meet a requirement, we may need to share relevant details with a partner, specialist or vendor, but only when this is needed to respond to your requirement, and only with your agreement.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. We never sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for others’ marketing.

06How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and related correspondence while your enquiry, or any engagement that follows it, is active, and for up to two years afterwards, so we can refer back to them if you contact us again. Where the law requires us to keep records for longer (for example, for contracts or accounts), we keep them for that period. After that, we delete them.

07Cookies, browser storage and analytics

This website uses one essential cookie, inzet-cookie-notice. It remembers that you’ve seen and accepted the cookie notice, so the notice isn’t shown again. It lasts for one year and holds no personal information.

The website doesn’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies or scripts, and it doesn’t save the contact form’s details in your browser. Browser features such as autofill and the back button may remember what you typed; these are controlled by your browser, not by the website. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser’s settings.

08Third-party services

We use a small number of service providers to run the website and our email:

• Website hosting: serves the website and handles the technical information described in section 02.
• Email hosting: the email service provided with our domain receives and stores the enquiries you send to info@inzet.lk.
• Google Maps: the Contact page shows our branch office on an embedded Google Map. It loads from Google as you reach that part of the page, and Google’s Privacy Policy applies to it.

These providers process information only to provide their service and are expected to protect it. Some of them may store or process information outside Sri Lanka.

The website’s fonts and images are served from the website itself, and it doesn’t load any other third-party scripts.

09Keeping information secure

The website is served over an encrypted connection, and access to enquiries is limited to the people at INZET who need it. No method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid including sensitive personal information in an enquiry unless it’s needed.

10Your rights

Under Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, and other applicable law, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your information, where we no longer need to keep it;
• withdraw your consent, where we rely on it; and
• stop or limit how we use your information, where you have grounds to object.

To make a request, contact us using the details in section 13. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it, and we’ll respond without undue delay and within the time required by law. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka.

11Children

This website is intended for organizations and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.
